Accountabilities
  • Define and own the end-to-end roadmap for AI/ML initiatives.
  • Coordinate collaboration among data scientists, engineers, and IT teams.
  • Oversee day-to-day project delivery using Agile practices.
  • Translate business use cases into technical requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance frameworks and promote Responsible AI principles.
  • Define and track KPIs across technical and business dimensions.
  • Drive adoption of emerging technologies and modernize ML stacks.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in technical program management for AI/ML.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and portfolio management tools.
  • Expertise in AI/ML technologies, MLOps practices, and cloud platforms.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into technical deliverables.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Degree or equivalent with 10+ years of relevant experience.
