Job Summary
The Supply Chain Analyst supports end-to-end material flow, supplier management, inventory planning, and operational performance for IWG's manufacturing environment. This role analyzes data, identifies risks, supports BOM and obsolescence management, and drives improvements to ensure a stable and efficient supply chain aligned with production and customer requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities
Maintain and analyze Bills of Materials (BOMs) for accuracy and revision control.
Monitor and manage part obsolescence, risk assessments, and mitigation plans.
Evaluate supply chain performance metrics and prepare reports for leadership.
Support demand planning, inventory analysis, safety stock review, and capacity planning.
Conduct cost, lead-time, and supplier performance analysis.
Identify gaps in material flow and propose corrective actions.
Support procurement with data-driven insights for sourcing decisions.
Develop dashboards and KPIs to track supply chain health.
Participate in cross-functional meetings with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Procurement.
Support ERP data accuracy and continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, Finance, or related field required.
2+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, operations, or data analysis preferred.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent), and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau preferred).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
