Job Summary

The Supply Chain Analyst supports end-to-end material flow, supplier management, inventory planning, and operational performance for IWG's manufacturing environment. This role analyzes data, identifies risks, supports BOM and obsolescence management, and drives improvements to ensure a stable and efficient supply chain aligned with production and customer requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Maintain and analyze Bills of Materials (BOMs) for accuracy and revision control.

  • Monitor and manage part obsolescence, risk assessments, and mitigation plans.

  • Evaluate supply chain performance metrics and prepare reports for leadership.

  • Support demand planning, inventory analysis, safety stock review, and capacity planning.

  • Conduct cost, lead-time, and supplier performance analysis.

  • Identify gaps in material flow and propose corrective actions.

  • Support procurement with data-driven insights for sourcing decisions.

  • Develop dashboards and KPIs to track supply chain health.

  • Participate in cross-functional meetings with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Procurement.

  • Support ERP data accuracy and continuous improvement initiatives.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, Finance, or related field required.

  • 2+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, operations, or data analysis preferred.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.

  • Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent), and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau preferred).

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
