Location - This role is hybrid with a mix of remote and in-person. Work primarily takes place at Enterprise Square.

Reporting to the Director of Strategic Analysis, Institutional Data and Analytics, the Manager, Information Delivery is responsible for leading the development and delivery of high-quality data, analytics, and reporting solutions that support university-wide decision-making. The role works closely with academic and administrative units to identify information needs, initiate and deliver new information delivery projects, and translate business requirements into sustainable data solutions. The Manager maintains strong internal visibility and builds external relationships with professional associations, peer institutions, public-sector partners, and third-party providers to ensure the University remains aligned with best practices and emerging trends in data and analytics.

Institutional Data & Analytics (IDA) mission is to serve the University of Alberta with high quality and impactful analytics, empowering data-driven decisions. The IDA unit operates in a team-oriented, fast-paced, and dynamic environment where responding quickly, clearly, and accurately is paramount. Our work focuses on building and maintaining the U of A's reporting and analytics environment, including our data warehouse, which is transitioning to the cloud.
