Komline custom engineered water treatment solutions for governments, industry and First Nations. Due to business growth we are looking to add a highly motivated Technical Sales Manager to our sales staff.

  • Promote Komline capabilities to customers and potential customers leading to project sales
  • Develop and actively manage project / prospect / sales funnel and plan.
  • Build & develop strong relationships and maintain regular contact with key individuals
  • Work cooperatively with engineering, sales and management to develop bids and close orders
  • Report territory performance, plans, opportunities and risks to management
  • Maintain industry leading knowledge on water treatment technologies and BI Pure Water Capabilities

Requirements –

  • Technical degree and minimum 2 years experience in water treatment sales
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex, custom engineered project sales from inception, through bidding and costing to contract award
  • Excellent presentation and relationship building skills
  • Possess a high degree of individual technical ability & initiative
  • Excellent knowledge of water treatment industry
  • Superior sales & excellent customer service skills
  • Experienced negotiation skills
  • A safety first attitude
  • Travel will be required

Preference will be given to those with demonstrated relationships with water treatment specifiers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Experience:

  • Technical sales - water treatment: 3 years (preferred)
