About the Role:
As a CrowdStrike Services Operations Analyst, Partner Services you will provide critical support to the Professional Services team. CrowdStrike works with a number of partners to deliver high quality services to our customers. In this role, you will run the daily operations of our growing Professional Services partner business and help to drive the planning and execution of select internal projects to mature the business.
What You'll Do:
Create purchase requestions and manage follow up for all professional services partner requestions
Manage subcontractor billing and reconciliation of subcontractor invoices vs. project budget
Manage requests from Sales and Service delivery teams to develop subcontractor Statements of Work and task orders
Manage submission of subcontractor timecards and partner with subcontractors to ensure timely submission of hours
Assist with onboarding new vendors for Professional Services
Collaborate with CrowdStrike Legal, Procurement, InfoSec and Services Delivery on project delivery and manage the administrative scope of projects
Drive team members to complete assigned tasks, provide project status updates on a regular basis, and escalate issues or obstacles related to project completion
May support process improvement efforts and system automation efforts within CrowdStrike's Services business related to subcontractors
What You'll Need:
2-4 years experience in an operations or business analysis role
Bachelor's preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business Management or related field
Demonstrated project management experience
Ability to interact professionally, harmoniously, and productively with internal team members at all levels
Must work effectively at a distance
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once
Excellent problem-solving skills

CrowdStrike Canada ULC is committed to equal pay for equal work in its compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in Canada is $77,000 - $105,000 CAD per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.This is Canadian-based employment, and it is expected that all employees maintain legal entitlement to work in Canada.
