We're seeking a highly motivated, experienced RIBO broker (minimum 3–5 years) who can lead a team and ideally brings an existing book of business. This is a unique opportunity for driven professionals ready to grow into branch ownership with full support, training, and access to major markets. RIBO with 3 years of experience is Mandatory or same experience with direct writers .

Job Description

  • Lead the branch with a focus on growth and sound underwriting practices to maintain a profitable book
  • Demonstrate expertise in business development, risk management, and client relationship management
  • Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and standards
