Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:

As our next Automation Technician, you'll be responsible for the programming, debugging, installation, and startup of new or modified production and test equipment. Your expertise in electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems will be essential in supporting high-performance manufacturing operations and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing:


• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting

• Maintain operational quality and efficiency targets

• Implement safety measures in automation changes

• Maintain equipment documentation and records per IATF16949/ISO9001 standards

• Support inventory control for machine wear parts and spares

• Assist in materials acquisition and implementation

• Coordinate and participate in continuous improvement initiatives

• Ensure compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, and ISO 9001 standards

• Perform other related duties as required

What We're Looking For:


• Technical diploma in Automation or Engineering Technology

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in automation, robotics, and CNC maintenance

• Familiarity with Fanuc, ABB, Allen-Bradley, Omron, and Siemens controls

• Strong knowledge of PLC, CNC, electrical, and mechanical systems

• Understanding of APQP, PPAP, and QOS within IATF16949/ISO9001 frameworks

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

• High integrity and a strong sense of urgency and results orientation

Bonus Points If You Have:


• Experience in high-volume automotive manufacturing environments

• Proven success in implementing machine reliability improvements

• Ability to work overtime and adapt to dynamic production needs
