Dream Lounge Cannabis is seeking a reliable and knowledgeable Budtender to join our team. This role is focused on delivering excellent customer service, keeping up to date with the latest & greatest cannabis products, maintaining an organized retail space, and ensuring compliance with all regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and provide knowledgeable guidance on products
  • Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, including strains, formats, and effects
  • Process sales transactions accurately and complete daily cash-outs
  • Restock and organize inventory to ensure a clean retail environment
  • Adhere to all ID verification and compliance requirements

Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail or customer service
  • Genuine enthusiasm for cannabis and solid understanding of current products and trends *training provided*
  • Must really enjoy chatting with lovely humans - strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self directed & dependable.
  • Detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle cash and perform basic POS functions accurately
  • Must be 19+ and hold (or be able to obtain) BC's Selling it Right certification
