Position Overview

CFASA is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary team, supporting children and families across both our ECS (PUF) program and in-home/community services (FSCD funded & Private).

This role offers the opportunity to work across school, home, and community environments, delivering neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based speech-language pathology services that are meaningful, functional, and family-centered.

The successful candidate will deliver services across ECS early childhood settings and in-home and community-based environments, working collaboratively with children and families across settings.

This role is well suited to an SLP who values variety in their work, autonomy in clinical decision-making, strong collaboration with families and educators, and making a tangible impact in the lives of children and families.

This is a permanent, full-time position (1.0 FTE / 35 hours per week), scheduled Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m., with flexibility in scheduling within those hours. Hybrid service delivery (in-person and virtual) and opportunities to bank time may be available based on program needs.

What Sets CFASA Apart

At CFASA, we recognize that recruiting exceptional SLPs is competitive, and we are committed to ensuring our team members feel valued, supported, and empowered in their work. What sets us apart includes:

  • A Neurodiversity-Affirming Practice

We prioritize autonomy, self-determination, and child-led, strengths-based approaches that align with current best practices in speech-language pathology and autism support.

  • Work-Life Balance

Enjoy a flexible Monday-to-Friday schedule, opportunities to bank time for additional days off, and a hybrid model that allows for a mix of in-person and virtual service delivery.

  • Professional Growth & Mentorship

CFASA is committed to continuous learning, offering paid professional development, access to a shared resource library, and ongoing mentorship from experienced clinicians and multidisciplinary team members.

  • Supportive Team Culture

You will be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team that values inclusion, reflection, and the voices of Autistic individuals and families, and is committed to meaningful, family-centered supports.
