Must Have Skills:
- Minimum of
10 years
of hands-on experience supporting
IAM operations systems
and access control processes in enterprise environments. - 3- 5 years of hands-on experience with enterprise-grade
IAM tools such as SailPoint IdentityIQ, Active Directory, LDAP, and Privileged Access Management (PAM)
solutions. - Experience in utilizing
ServiceNow as a platform for ITSM operations,
including
Incident, Problem, and Change Management
modules.
Nice-To-Have Skills:
- Demonstrated experience in software development or scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Java) to support
IAM automation, integration, and customization efforts. - Familiarity with security standards and regulations (e.g.,
NIST, GDPR, HIPAA).
