Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Organize and declutter spaces to enhance the overall appearance of the home.
  • Clean kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms according to established standards.
  • Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment safely and effectively.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with clients and their families.
  • Follow specific client instructions and preferences to ensure satisfaction.

Experience

  • Previous experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping is preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot areas that need cleaning or organization.
  • Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled hours.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team when necessary.
  • Good communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
