The
Specialist, Product Experience
plays a key role in bringing pop-ups and enhanced visual moments to life, ensuring seamless execution from concept to implementation. This role collaborates cross-functionally with internal teams—including Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Buying, and Store Operations—as well as external vendors to create impactful and engaging experiences.

Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:

  • Support the development and execution of pop-ups and enhanced visual experiences, ensuring alignment with brand vision and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to take concepts from intake to final execution, managing timelines, approvals, and deliverables.
  • Work closely with vendors to source materials, props, and fixtures that bring creative concepts to life.
  • Act as the central point of contact between internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth coordination of all aspects of the project.
  • Manage work-back schedules and timelines across Creative, Visual Merchandising, Store Teams, and Vendors to ensure timely execution.
  • Facilitate approvals, ensuring all elements of the pop-up or visual experience align with brand standards and objectives.
  • Track and maintain project budgets, working with vendors to optimize costs while maximizing impact.
  • Maintain internal trackers to ensure key dates, milestones, and activities are clearly documented and communicated across teams, keeping all stakeholders aligned.
  • Gather and analyze insights on the performance of pop-ups and visual moments, including sales impact, customer engagement, and operational feedback.
  • Partner with internal teams to conduct post-mortem reviews and recommend improvements for future activations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of project details, approvals, and financials for tracking and reporting.
  • Perform other duties, as assigned

The ideal candidate:

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Event Management, or a related discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in project management, experiential marketing, events, or retail activations.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, balance priorities, and adapt to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective cross-functional relationships and align stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing, to internal teams and external vendors.
  • Demonstrates sound judgment and decision-making when navigating moderately complex situations.
  • Experience negotiating with vendors and internal teams to ensure projects are completed within scope and on budget.
  • Committed to continuous learning and development, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.
