The Opportunity

This role starts with a $55,000 base salary and offers a clear path to $100,000–$150,000+ for top performers.

There is no income cap.

If you perform, you win. If you don't, you won't hide here.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Uncapped commissions — performance determines earnings
  • Base salary starting at $55,000/year

  • Straight percentage commission on major drain solutions sold

  • Total earning potential:

  • Solid performers: $75,000–$100,000

  • Top performers: $120,000–$150,000+

  • Full benefits package (extended health, dental, vision, life & disability)

What You'll Actually Do

This is a sales-first role, but you'll also get your hands dirty. Every week, you will:

Sell

  • Meet homeowners after drain lines have been cleared
  • Build trust quickly, explain findings clearly, and present options
  • Confidently guide homeowners through $10k–$30k+ repair decisions

Inspect

  • Perform detailed sewer and drain camera inspections
  • Capture video, photos, and documentation
  • Create clear, professional inspection reports that support recommendations

Build Pipeline

  • Follow up with recent drain service customers
  • Proactively book inspections
  • Own your schedule, follow-up, and results

This is a solutions consultant role, not a pushy sales job.

This Role Is for You If:

  • You communicate confidently and professionally face-to-face
  • You're comfortable discussing large repair decisions
  • You can explain technical issues in simple language
  • You want to be paid for results, not time
  • You bring energy, presence, and ownership into every home
