Iron Mountain is seeking a
motivated and safety-focused
Warehouse Worker & Route Driver to join our
Operations
team.

These vital team members process incoming and outgoing orders while also loading/moving boxed items and wheeled bins.

What You'll Do
In this role, you will:

  • Process and Manage Assets: of incoming and outgoing orders by scanning carton barcodes and locations using the Safekeeper system, ensuring all physical assets are accounted for.
  • Collaborate and Resolve Issues: Investigate and resolve any order discrepancies for incoming or outgoing orders; accurately manifest, bundle, and prepare all orders for secure shipment.
  • Drive a commercial truck when needed: demonstrating safe and efficient driving skills

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:

  • Transportation Experience: At least 2 to 3 years of route transportation experience and a good driving record is preferred.
  • Minimum age 21 with a valid G Class driver's license, and the proven ability to pass a mandatory background check.
  • Physical Stamina and Safety: Proven ability to safely lift at least 70 pounds, push/pull bins ranging from 25 to 350 pounds (average weight 170 pounds), and perform sustained physical activity including walking, standing, sitting, and climbing.
  • Customer Focus and Communication: Strong customer service and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
