We are currently seeking a Full time Interior/Exterior Building Maintenance/Security Person.

Reporting to the supervisor of Maintenance, the primary responsibilities of these challenging positions include minor on-site construction, maintenance of equipment, regular custodial duties, plus a dedication to the safety and security of the building and occupants.

The ideal candidates will have maintenance experience in a commercial environment. The candidate will also be required to complete physically demanding tasks such as snow clearing, mowing lawns, collecting trash and have some experience using hand and electric tools. Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills are an important requirement, as well as good collaboration with workers and other professionals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
