Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Full Stack Lead Developer
with strong expertise in
Java
and
Angular
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of full stack development, microservices architecture, and modern front-end frameworks, along with a passion for leading and mentoring development teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable full stack applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
  • Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and automated testing.
  • Architect and implement microservices-based solutions using modern tools and frameworks.
  • Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Backend Development:

  • Strong proficiency in
    Core Java
    and
    J2EE
    technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with
    Spring Framework
    and
    Spring Boot
    .
  • Expertise in developing
    RESTful
    and
    SOAP
    web services.
  • Experience with
    JPA/Hibernate
    for ORM and data persistence.
  • Solid understanding of
    SQL
    and
    RDBMS
    concepts.

Frontend Development:

  • Proficiency in
    HTML5
    ,
    CSS3
    , and
    JavaScript (ES5+)
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    Angular
    (preferred), and familiarity with
    React
    ,

    , or similar frameworks.

DevOps & Tools:

  • Experience with
    automation and testing tools
    such as JUnit, JMock, Selenium, Jasmine/Karma, Protractor.
  • Familiarity with
    build tools
    like Gradle, Ant, NPM, Bower.
  • Proficient in using
    Git
    for version control.

Architecture & Deployment:

  • Strong understanding of
    microservices architecture
    and inter-service communication.
  • Experience with
    Docker
    and
    Kubernetes
    for containerization and orchestration.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
