What You'll Do

  • Lead, motivate, and support team members to achieve operational excellence

  • Ensure outstanding guest service and resolve issues with professionalism

  • Maintain Boston Pizza brand standards and uphold company policies

  • Oversee daily operations including scheduling, inventory, and labour management

  • Contribute to hiring, training, and developing team members

  • Create a positive, safe, and engaged workplace culture

What We're Looking For

  • Previous restaurant or hospitality management experience (casual dining an asset)

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  • Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure

  • Passion for guest service and team development

  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

  • A hands-on leader who leads by example
