We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Amazon Accounts Manager Associate to manage Amazon seller accounts and maintain strong client relationships. This role requires handling daily operations along with regular client communication and meetings.

Key Responsibilities


• Manage Amazon seller accounts on a daily basis


• Monitor account health, performance metrics, and policy compliance


• Handle product listings, inventory coordination, and basic PPC support


• Conduct 3–4 client meetings daily to discuss account performance, updates, and action plans


• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients


• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve account-related issues


• Prepare reports and ensure overall client satisfaction

Requirements


• 1–2 years of experience in Amazon Operations or Account Management


• Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central


• Fluent English communication skills (spoken & written)


• Confidence in leading client meetings and presentations


• Strong organizational and time-management skills


• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Nice to Have


• Experience with Amazon PPC


• Knowledge of Amazon policies and best practices


• Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc.
