Hours Of Work
Up to 24 hours flexible schedule per week which can include day, evening and weekend shifts.

Hourly Rate
Our Total Compensation plan for 2025 includes rates that
start at $37.70/hour up to $41.95/hour
including shift premiums plus Union negotiated increases to base wage in each of the following years:

  • 2026-4%
  • %
  • %

Benefits
8% in lieu of benefits

  • Annual Tool Allowance value of up-to $820
  • Annual Safety Footwear Allowance value of $235
  • Annual Clothing Allowance value of $270 plus three (3) changes of coveralls weekly
