Vancouver General Hospital currently has an opportunity for an experienced Cardiac Surgical Assistant. We are looking for a Cardiac Surgical Assistant with strong surgical skills to join the team on a full time basis from Mondays – Fridays.
As Cardiac Surgical Assistant with Vancouver Coastal Health, you will:
- Assist with cardiac surgical procedures
- Harvest conduits for coronary bypass surgery
Qualifications
Education, Licensing, & Experience:
- Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA) — Mandatory
- College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia — Licence – Full or Surgical Assist only
- Surgical Skills - Mandatory
