Arduino Educator Co-op Student

Overview
We are seeking motivated Co-op students to support hands-on education programs focused on Arduino programming and robotic assemblies. This role is for students enrolled in engineering, robotics, electronics, mechatronics, computer science, or STEM education. Co-op students will assist with delivering practical workshops, assembling robotic systems, and supporting learners as they build, program, and test Arduino during workshops.
Key Responsibilities
-Arduino-based workshops, including basic programming, sensors, motors, and microcontroller conceptsSupport robotic assembly activities, such as assembling mechanical components, actuators, and simple robotic systems
-Help prepare and organize training materials, kits, tools, and components
-Guide participants through hands-on activities, troubleshooting wiring, code, and mechanical issues
-implement testing, calibration, and basic debugging of Arduino circuits and robotic assemblies
-Maintain a safe, organized, and collaborative learning environment
Skills & Qualifications Required / Preferred:
-knowledge of Arduino Microcontrollers
-Experience with breadboards, wiring, or basic electronics, simple pcb design and pcb soder
-robotics, electronics, or automation
-Familiarity with simple programming concepts (loops, conditionals, variables)
-Ability to follow assembly instructions and schematics
-Strong communication skills and willingness to help others learn
-Organized, reliable, and hands-on problem solver
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.54-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
Work Location: In person
