Negotiable Salary Range $75,000 to $80,000- Permanent Full-Time

Considered one of the premier Golf Clubs in Alberta, D'Arcy Ranch Club opened in 1991 and is located within the D'Arcy Ranch community of Okotoks just 15 minutes south of Calgary. We are a public golf course that includes the golf pro shop as well as our Jerry's Restaurant which offers indoor and outdoor dining overlooking outstanding views of the Rocky Mountains.

The ideal candidate will ensure the customer experience is consistently exceeded in a professional and friendly manner.

This position entails Managing Jerry's Restaurant Front House and the year-round Events associated with it. This position does not oversee the Head Chef or Kitchen staff and works collaboratively with the Golf Tournaments Manager.

The position requires 5 days per week minimum, including weekends with flexible days off. The candidate must have their Pro-Serve certification.

The applicant must be proficient in the following areas:

Product Ordering

Menus

Staff Training

Point of Sale Systems

Liquor Inventory

Liquor Purchasing

Maintaining Supplier relationships

Working closely with other Management Team members

Handling year-round Events with customers and staff members

Adhering to ALGC and other Regulatory organizations

Proven Leadership skills

Ability to work collaboratively with the Head Chef and kitchen staff

Scheduling serving staff for Events

Handling and administration of Gratuities with the Controller

Cash Handling and Balancing with servers
