Functional Lead, SAP Platform | Brampton, ON

Are you passionate about driving SAP supply chain initiatives while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations? Join Loblaw Technology's SAP Platform Supply Chain team As a SAP Functional Lead–Supply Chain, you will be directly involved in both project delivery and operations support, contributing deep SAP functional knowledge while also guiding best practices and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

What You'll Do:

  • Design, configure, test, and implement SAP ECC-based Supply Chain solutions within an IS-Retail environment, leveraging modules such as MM (Materials Management) and SD (Sales and Distribution) to support end-to-end retail supply chain processes

  • Provide hands-on functional support for existing SAP ECC supply chain systems, resolving issues, implementing enhancements, and ensuring ongoing system stability and performance

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to define functional requirements, develop specifications, and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions

  • Participate across all phases of the solution lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, testing, go-live, hyper-care, and ongoing support

  • Continuously identify opportunities for improvement, promoting system optimizations and enhancing supply chain processes in a retail context

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of hands-on SAP functional experience in supply chain-related modules such as MM and SD, preferably within an SAP IS-Retail environment

  • Proven ability to design, configure, and implement SAP ECC solutions while also managing production support and enhancements

  • Strong understanding of supply chain operations including purchasing, inventory management, replenishment, and logistics execution within a retail business model

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and business teams

  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments, with a collaborative approach to delivering value in both project and support contexts

  • A graduate degree in a related field (e.g. Information Technologies, Supply Chain Management, Business, or Engineering), as well as SAP certifications, would be an asset
