The Warehouse Associate's role within the operation is to ensure that the standards of i2i fulfillment inc. and its customers are met at all times. Attention to detail and knowledge of the use of the Radio-frequency hand-held terminals, the IBIS Warehouse Management System, the customers' inventory items, paper flow and customer requirements are all important aspects of this job. English Fluency is manditory, as we are a small, English-only speaking team.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in order packing process

- Pack and label orders for shipment

- Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular cycle counts

- Assist in receiving and stocking incoming inventory

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Verify product and quantities picked are accurate

Skills:

- Attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment

- Physical stamina to stand, lift and carry heavy items throughout the day, (most items are not heavy, but some can weigh up to 55 lbs)

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets

- Basic math skills for inventory management and order tracking

- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors

Note:

  • Prior experience using an Order-Picker or forklift is required; re-certification can be arranged if your license has expired.
  • Training as an order picker/packer or in a similar role is preferred. Specific training will be provided.

This Warehouse Associate position requires individuals who are capable of performing various duties within a warehouse setting. The primary responsibilities includes building and assembling orders for shipment. It is essential that candidates possess the necessary skills to excel in this role.

Physical fitness is essential for this position, as it involves a lot of standing, some walking, and lifting from the ground and performing other physically demanding tasks. Candidates should be able to lift medium to heavy objects comfortably. A valid forklift certification is preferred.
