JOB DESCRIPTION
The dedicated manager, who will act as the single point of contact & relationship manager for the Technical & Contracting Authorities

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support the SDR Acceptance Process including SDR reviews
  • Ensure effective engagement & collaboration between Property Mgrs. & Project Mgrs., & the TA & other designated PWGSC representatives
  • Ensure a high level of Custodian & Tenant satisfaction based on timely delivery of integrated services
  • Support achievement of PWGSC's portfolio vision, goals & objectives
  • Provide senior level direction & leadership for the team
  • Set, monitor & measure performance goals & objectives for the portfolio management team
  • Oversee all planning requirements including a Labour Resource Plan, BMPs, travel plan, Portfolio Plan, Contract Plan, AMPs
  • Manage risk effectively, including ensuring due diligence & compliance with applicable legislation, regulation & policy
  • Have ultimate responsibility or contract deliverables & the overall performance of team members in the management of the assets, administration of leases, project delivery & provision of value-added client services
  • Develop & maintain positive cross portfolio relationships with PWGSC, tenants, BJCC team members, contractors & industry associations
  • Oversee PMR and reporting to the TA with the Performance Reporting Manager

Knowledge & Skills

  • University graduation or professional certification (e.g. P. Eng, CMA, CGA or equivalent courses)
  • More than ten years of job-related experience

Licenses and/or Professional Accreditation

  • CFM from IFMA
  • RPA Designation from BOMI
  • CPM from Institute of Real Estate Management
  • FMA Designation from BOMI
