Position Title: Women's Wellness Program Co-Coordinator

Department: Family Development & Food Security

Hours: Full-time term position

Hourly wage: $27.00 to start

Competition close date: December 18th, 2025

Working from an Indigenous world view and under the supervision of the Manager of Family Wellness Supports, the Women's Wellness Program Co-Coordinator is a co-facilitator for the Women's Wellness Program. This position is responsible for co-facilitating programs from a trauma-informed, culturally grounded place which provides an opportunity for Indigenous Women to gain a deeper understanding of self to learn about breaking cycles, empowerment and advocacy.

Applicants must be permanent residents able to work legally in Canada with all positions located in Victoria, BC: VNFC is unable to sponsor employment visas or offer work permits or remote work at this time.
