Customer Service Representative

Roles and Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day customer enabling activities within the order management process, including order intake, confirmation, processing, and fulfillment.
Assist in identifying potential issues or bottlenecks in internal order processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support corrective actions.
Update internal stakeholders on order status, delays, and resolution progress to ensure smooth communication.
Generate and maintain order-related documentation in accordance with established procedures.
Provide administrative and clerical support to resolve routine order confirmation, processing, and fulfillment issues by following defined workflows.
Support customer orders by verifying credit approval, contract terms, pricing accuracy, inventory availability, and transportation alignment.
Monitor and share order status information related to invoices, contract balances, and delivery timelines with customer-facing service representatives.
Handle moderately complex clerical, administrative, or customer support tasks under general supervision and escalate complex issues as needed.
Contribute to process efficiency and continuous improvement efforts to enhance the overall customer experience.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support customer service and order management operations.
