Role Overview:
Lead and manage end-to-end US wire payments operations. Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution while collaborating with business stakeholders and offshore teams. Provide technical expertise in SQL, SSIS, and Splunk to troubleshoot, analyze, and optimize payment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead US wire payments processing and reconciliation.
- Monitor high-value payments for anomalies; escalate and resolve issues.
- Analyze payment flows, recommend process improvements, and provide solutions.
- Troubleshoot payment data using MS SQL and Splunk.
- Maintain documentation of processes, configurations, and incident resolutions.
- Support audits, compliance, and regulatory reporting.
- Act as liaison between onsite and offshore teams.
- Mentor junior team members and conduct knowledge transfer.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong expertise in US wire payments and high-value payment operations.
- Risk management and exception handling experience.
- Proficiency in MS SQL, T-SQL, SSIS, SSRS, and ETL development.
- Programming experience in C#/.NET (preferred).
- Experience with Splunk for log analysis and monitoring.
