We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Physiotherapist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to support injury recovery, manage chronic conditions, and optimize movement and performance using a thoughtful, preventative, and individualized approach.

At Higher State, physiotherapy is not about quick fixes. We look beyond symptoms to address root causes, supporting long-term health, resilience, and self-healing. Our work is grounded in education, prevention, and whole-person care, with a strong emphasis on women's and perinatal health.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver physiotherapy interventions including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and education
  • Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with other health and wellness professionals to support comprehensive care
  • Maintain clear, accurate documentation of assessments and treatment sessions

Requirements

  • Master of Science in Physical Therapy or equivalent
  • Registered Physiotherapist in good standing
  • Registration with the Newfoundland and Labrador College of Physical Therapists
  • Active professional liability insurance
  • Experience or interest in women's health is an asset

Hours include:

  • Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays: 7:00 AM/8:00 AM – 1:00 PM/2:00 PM
  • Opportunity to offer 1:00 PM/2:00 PM to closing for afternoon/evening shifts
