Key Responsibilities:1. Bookkeeping & Financial Reporting
Manage financial records and transactions using QuickBooks.Generate Profit & Loss (PNL) reports and labor percentage reports.Produce weekly financial reports for company leadership.Assist in evaluating profit efficiency and financial decision-making.2. Administrative & Office Support
Assist with claims processing, ensuring smooth resolution of customer concerns.Follow up on unpaid invoices to manage collections efficiently.Provide general office administrative support as needed.What We're Looking For:
Excellent Communication Skills – Strong verbal and written communication skills for financial and administrative interactions.Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented – Ability to maintain accurate records, track financial data, and manage multiple administrative responsibilities.Tech-Savvy with Bookkeeping Software – Experience with QuickBooks is preferred, but a willingness to learn quickly is required.Financial & Analytical Skills – Ability to generate reports and evaluate financial data for decision-making.Adaptability & Flexibility – Must be available to work weekends and adjust to schedule changes as needed.Self-Driven, Proactive Mindset - This role is for someone who naturally takes the initiative and actively finds ways to contribute.
