Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, developing insightful reports, and supporting strategic decision-making processes. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, and other visualization tools to communicate key insights effectively.
  • Perform comprehensive data analysis utilizing SQL, R, Python, and VBA to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Design and optimize databases using Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and database design principles to ensure data integrity and efficiency.
  • Support project management activities within Agile frameworks, including planning, tracking, and documentation throughout the SDLC lifecycle.
  • Conduct business analysis to understand operational challenges and recommend data-driven solutions.
  • Assist in the development of data models and workflows that improve data collection processes and reporting accuracy.
  • Utilize tools such as Visio for process mapping and documentation of workflows.
  • Apply analysis skills to support strategic initiatives by providing detailed reports and presentations to stakeholders.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry best practices in analytics, database management, and project methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role with a strong portfolio of analytical projects.
  • Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, R, Python, VBA, SQL (Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle), Bash (Unix shell), and SDLC methodologies.
  • Solid understanding of database design principles and experience working with large datasets.
  • Strong business analysis skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
  • Familiarity with Agile project management practices.
  • Excellent analysis skills with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Knowledge of Business analysis techniques and project management tools such as Visio is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $62,804.00-$108,805.10 per year
