Maintenance Supervisor

Duties:

- Oversee and manage the maintenance operations of the facility

- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for equipment and systems

- Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities, ensuring minimal disruption to operations

- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations

- Manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex maintenance problems

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and equipment logs

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operation of the facility

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor similar role

- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment

- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Proficient in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in maintenance or related field is a plus

Join our team as a Maintenance Supervisor and contribute to the smooth operation of our facility. As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of maintenance, including HVAC systems. You will lead a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition. Your expertise in HVAC systems will be crucial in maintaining a comfortable environment for our employees and customers.

In this role, you will develop preventive maintenance programs, conduct regular inspections, troubleshoot complex issues, and coordinate maintenance activities. Your strong leadership skills will be essential in managing the team effectively and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently.

To qualify for this position, you should have proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or in a similar role. You must have a strong knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment, as well as familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are also required.
