Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Quick Lube Supervisor to lead our fast-paced automotive service team. In this role, you will oversee daily operations of the quick lube bay, ensuring efficient vehicle maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, alignments, and other preventive maintenance tasks. Your leadership will drive a customer-focused environment, promote safety standards, and uphold the highest quality of automotive service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine technical expertise with team management in a dynamic setting dedicated to vehicle care and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily quick lube operations, ensuring timely and accurate completion of vehicle services including oil changes, tire service, and alignments
  • Lead and motivate a team of technicians, providing training on automotive diagnostics, mechanical repairs, and the use of hand tools and power tools
  • Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization within the service bay to promote a safe working environment
  • Ensure all vehicles are serviced according to manufacturer specifications and industry best practices
  • Manage inventory levels for lubricants, filters, tires, and maintenance supplies to support smooth workflow
  • Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and addressing customer questions or concerns
  • Monitor technician performance, conduct regular inspections, and foster continuous improvement through coaching and feedback

Qualifications

  • Proven dealership or automotive repair experience with a strong background in automotive diagnostics and vehicle maintenance
  • Prior experience supervising or leading a team in an automotive service environment
  • Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
  • Familiarity with oil change procedures, tire service including rotation and balancing, wheel alignments, and general vehicle maintenance
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently as required for tire installation or parts handling
  • Sales aptitude to promote additional services or maintenance packages when appropriate
  • Valid automotive service technician certification or equivalent experience preferred
