Your Responsibilities:
- Respond to phone, internet, and email inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Schedule service appointments and offer relevant service options, packages, and specials.
- Meet customer engagement goals defined by management (no cold calling—only existing leads).
What We're Looking For:
- At least one year of customer service experience (retail or phone-based sales/service is a plus).
- Experience with CDK/ADP an asset, but not required
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
- A customer-first mindset with a positive attitude.
- Comfortable using technology and managing multiple customer interactions.
- A motivated team player with a willingness to grow and learn.
Job Details:
- Job Type: Full-time
- Work Location: In-person
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift (Overtime may be required in periods of higher workloads)
