Your Responsibilities:

  • Respond to phone, internet, and email inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Schedule service appointments and offer relevant service options, packages, and specials.
  • Meet customer engagement goals defined by management (no cold calling—only existing leads).

What We're Looking For:

  • At least one year of customer service experience (retail or phone-based sales/service is a plus).
  • Experience with CDK/ADP an asset, but not required
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • A customer-first mindset with a positive attitude.
  • Comfortable using technology and managing multiple customer interactions.
  • A motivated team player with a willingness to grow and learn.

Job Details:

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Work Location: In-person
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift (Overtime may be required in periods of higher workloads)
