Position Overview

Requirements
  • OTL/RIBO/ LLQP license
  • Sales and customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Self-motivated
  • Experience in marketing financial products
  • Knowledge of life insurance products is an asset

Responsibilities
  • Sales of auto insurance and home insurance to meet Agency targets
  • Service clients on inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Perform customer-focused, needs-based reviews and educate customers about insurance options.
