Bridal Receptionist

Overview

We are seeking a friendly and organized Bridal Store Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service, managing daily store operations, and creating a welcoming environment for our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, retail experience, and a passion for helping brides find their perfect wedding attire. Bilingual abilities and previous experience in retail sales environments are a plus. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries upon arrival
• Manage POS transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties
• Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves and organizing displays
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions and guiding clients through the shopping process
• Handle phone inquiries with professional phone etiquette and schedule appointments accordingly
• Support sales efforts through effective communication skills and retail math techniques
• Supervise or assist with product demos when needed, ensuring a smooth shopping experience
• Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and inviting for all visitors

Requirements

• Previous retail sales; supervisory experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities (preferred)
• Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills for retail transactions
• Excellent customer service skills with a professional phone etiquette
• Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining a positive attitude
• Knowledge of merchandising, stocking, and product presentation techniques
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Basic understanding of retail math for sales calculations and inventory management
• Experience in sales or cashiering roles within retail settings is advantageous
