Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ICF Installer to join our growing construction team. This position is ideal for a motivated professional with extensive hands-on experience in ICF construction and Quad-Deck floor systems who can work independently, read plans accurately, and deliver high-quality work.

This role requires strong knowledge of concrete and structural building processes from excavation through framing.

Responsibilities

  • Install ICF wall systems and Quad-Deck floors to specification
  • Assist with or perform excavation and footing preparation
  • Install rebar according to engineered drawings
  • Read and interpret construction plans and specifications
  • Perform accurate layout and site measurements
  • Coordinate and assist with concrete pours
  • Ensure all work meets building code and safety standards
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
  • Work collaboratively with crew members and site supervisors

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with ICF construction
  • Proven experience installing Quad-Deck floor systems
  • Experience with:
  • Excavation and footings
  • Rebar installation
  • ICF installation
  • Reading construction plans and layouts
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing and best practices
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Physically capable of performing demanding construction tasks
  • Reliable transportation to job sites

Bonus / Asset Skills

  • Framing (exterior and interior walls)
  • Setting roof trusses
  • Interior wall framing
  • Concrete flatwork experience
