Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers in finding the right products. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about retail sales, possesses strong communication skills, and has a passion for technology and product demonstrations. Bilingual abilities and experience in merchandising or POS systems are highly valued. Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs
  • Provide product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding
  • Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
  • Operate POS systems accurately for cash handling and transactions
  • Maintain organized merchandise displays and ensure products are well-stocked
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
  • Manage inventory levels and assist with merchandising strategies
  • Process sales transactions efficiently while ensuring excellent customer service
  • Support store cleanliness and organization to create an inviting shopping environment

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
  • Strong organizational skills and time management abilities
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and sales calculations
  • Experience with retail sales, cashiering, or POS systems preferred
  • Ability to perform product demos confidently and effectively
  • Knowledge of merchandising principles to optimize product placement
  • Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
  • Technical sales experience or familiarity with technology products is advantageous
  • Customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor
  • Ability to upsell products tactfully to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $37,700.00-$45,000.00 per year
