Starting Pay: $25.00
Hiring: Day Shift, Monday – Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm. Overtime is needed on Saturdays, and on average 60% working on Saturday.
As a Production/Warehouse Associate you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly affect people's lives
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist in production tasks such as assembling products and supporting the production line.
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments; prepare and stage outgoing orders.
- Pick and Prepare shipments for customer orders.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean work area.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- Experience in production and warehouse operations.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems.
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
- Forklift certification preferred.
