Overview

We are seeking a friendly and motivated Car Wash Attendant/Car Detailer to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in providing excellent customer service. The position involves maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of vehicles while ensuring a positive experience for customers. Prior experience in cleaning or customer service is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate. This is a paid position suitable for those looking to develop their skills in the automotive or service industry.

Duties

  • Detailing customer vehicles
  • Operate car wash equipment efficiently and safely to clean vehicles of all types , and to maintain car wash
  • Assist customers with their vehicle needs and answer any questions courteously
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the car wash area, including cleaning bays, equipment, and surrounding facilities
  • Ensure vehicles are handled carefully to prevent damage during vehicle details.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and ensuring their satisfaction
  • Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times to ensure a secure work environment
  • Some office duties such as answering the phone, booking details, assisting customers with change/payments, etc.

Skills

  • Basic cleaning skills with attention to detail
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and moving equipment or supplies as needed
