About Us

We are a trusted restoration company specializing in water, fire, and mould damage recovery. Our team takes pride in helping clients restore their homes and businesses quickly and professionally. We're currently looking for an experienced Foreman/Site Superintendent to join our team and lead on-site restoration projects from start to finish.

Position Summary

We're looking for a reliable and experienced Foreman/Site Superintendent to lead our restoration projects from start to finish. In this role, you'll oversee day-to-day site operations, making sure every job is completed safely, efficiently, and with top-quality results.

  • Perform hands-on restoration work as required, including water extraction, demolition, and drying setup.
  • Monitor and report on project progress through daily reporting, site photos, and documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors regarding job status and requirements.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site in compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
  • Schedule materials, equipment, manpower, and subcontractors to maintain project timelines.
  • Review drawings, permits, purchase orders, and project documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Plan inspections and coordinate permit requirements as needed.
  • Prepare weekly look-ahead schedules and maintain deficiency lists to uphold construction standards.
  • Train, mentor, and provide ongoing feedback to team members to uphold company standards and procedures.
  • Enforce company policies and administer disciplinary actions when required.

  • 1+ year of supervisory or team lead experience
  • Strong structural knowledge, including assessing structural integrity and coordinating repairs
  • Experience working with engineers on restoration rebuilds
  • Hands-on carpentry and general maintenance experience
  • Proven subcontractor and project management experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
