The Opportunity
Responsible for all phases of troubleshooting and training related to electrical panels and automated systems.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for troubleshooting and training for new and existing customers, which includes but not limited to: Circuit troubleshooting, mechanical troubleshooting, automated program troubleshooting, network troubleshooting, ability to read and write electrical schematics.
  • Upload and download new or existing programming.
  • Training customers in operational procedures and troubleshooting
  • Assisting in the generation of new electrical panels and any other tasks related to automated
  • Travelling to customer work sites both domestically and abroad is
  • Must be able to field customer phone calls in a timely and concise
  • Must demonstrate and follow established procedures for safety and monitor safe work habits of others working in the department.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in Electronics or related electrical
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and
  • Attention to detail, highly organized and (MS Office) computer
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic
  • Electrical background with the ability to troubleshoot any circuit or programming issues.
