All successful applicants must meet requirements for Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), Canadian Government Security clearance, and U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).

• Be the go-to person for tech troubleshooting and support.
• Assist with resolving technical issues.
• Help set up and support video conferencing.
• Learn how to manage service requests and keep systems running smoothly.
• Update and maintain accurate records in ServiceNow.
• Guide users on how to make the most of their technology.

• Collaborate with IT professionals and participate in real-world projects.

• Currently enrolled in post-secondary degree

• Curious about technology and eager to learn.
• Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office 365, and Teams.
• Comfortable with web browsers and common tech tools.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Adaptable, organized, and ready to solve problems.
• Previous IT coursework or experience is a bonus—but not required
