Esthetician/Receptionist

We are seeking a professional and personable Esthetician to join our beauty and wellness team. Duties

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application.
• Assist clients with product demos and recommend suitable skincare or beauty products to meet their needs.
• Deliver exceptional guest services by ensuring client comfort, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all treatment areas following health regulations.
• Engage in retail sales by upselling products and services to enhance the client experience.
• Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, checking in guests, and processing payments.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and ongoing maintenance for optimal results.
• Support team efforts through effective communication skills and collaboration with colleagues.

Qualifications

• Valid Esthetician license or certification as required by state regulations.
• Proven experience in skincare treatments such as facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests.
• Excellent communication skills to educate clients effectively and promote services confidently.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in a spa or salon setting.
• Experience with retail sales, upselling techniques, and product demos is preferred.
• Ability to work well at the front desk managing appointments and guest inquiries efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
