About the Role

Wolf Willow Counselling is a growing counselling practice serving communities across Southern Saskatchewan. We are inviting Registered Social Workers / Registered Psychotherapists to join our team as Independent Contractors, offering in-person and virtual counselling on a part-time or flexible full-time basis.

This role is ideal for clinicians who value professional independence while still wanting the connection, consultation, and support of a collaborative clinical team.

Who We're Looking For

You're a compassionate, grounded therapist who:

  • Enjoys autonomous practice without working in isolation
  • Values ethical decision-making, consultation, and reflective practice
  • Is committed to ongoing learning and professional growth
  • Wants flexibility while building a sustainable caseload

Our clinicians support children, youth, adults, couples, and families from diverse cultural, social, and developmental backgrounds.

Our Therapist-First Practice Model

At Wolf Willow Counselling, a therapist-first practice model means we intentionally design our work environment around the well-being, autonomy, and sustainability of the clinicians who practice with us. We believe that when therapists feel supported, trusted, and grounded in their work, they are better able to offer thoughtful, ethical, and compassionate care.

In practice, this means flexible scheduling, respect for clinical judgment, access to consultation and supervision, and systems that reduce administrative burden. We prioritize collaboration over productivity pressure and create space for reflection, learning, and balance. Our goal is to support therapists in building practices that are meaningful, ethical, and sustainable over time—so both clinicians and clients can thrive.

  • A supportive, collaborative, and trauma-informed clinical team
  • Ongoing clinical supervision, consultation, and shared learning
