Join a dynamic Technology and Business Transformation team as a senior software engineer, where you'll help shape digital solutions that drive business evolution. This role focuses on designing and delivering scalable, high-performing Sitecore-based platforms, while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and leading development best practices.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the subject matter expert on Sitecore and support the development team through coaching and knowledge sharing.
- Work with internal partners to gather system requirements, document processes, and recommend technical solutions with clear business value.
- Produce technical specifications, architectural diagrams, and development plans.
- Build and implement Sitecore solutions that are efficient, scalable, and aligned with technical and business objectives.
- Collaborate with UI/UX teams and other developers to deliver seamless, intuitive digital experiences.
- Participate in testing, debugging, and deployment processes.
- Stay up to date on Sitecore capabilities, development trends, and best practices.
What You Bring
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience with Sitecore and front-end development, with a strong understanding of development standards.
- Deep knowledge of:
- Sitecore XP, Sitecore JSS, Powershell, TDS, GlassMapper, C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, Web API, Visual Studio, VS Code
- Proficiency in front-end technologies:
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, , , , TypeScript, responsive design
- Experience working with cloud platforms and DevOps tools such as:
- Azure DevOps, Docker, Azure Static Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, API Management
- Familiarity with SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, SOA, APIs, and Sitecore integrations with Solr and Coveo.
- Proven ability to work in Agile teams, solve complex technical challenges, and drive projects to completion.

Vous serez au cœur de la conception et du développement de solutions numériques évolutives basées sur Sitecore, tout en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les équipes internes et en jouant un rôle clé dans l'amélioration continue des pratiques de développement.
Ce que vous ferez
- Agir comme expert de la plateforme Sitecore et soutenir les autres développeurs grâce à du mentorat et du partage de connaissances.
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour identifier les besoins, documenter les processus et proposer des solutions techniques alignées sur les objectifs d'affaires.
- Rédiger la documentation technique, les diagrammes d'architecture et les spécifications.
- Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des solutions Sitecore performantes et adaptées aux besoins.
- Travailler avec les équipes UX/UI pour créer des expériences numériques fluides et intuitives.
- Participer aux tests, à la résolution des bogues et aux déploiements.
- Se tenir à jour sur les fonctionnalités Sitecore, les pratiques exemplaires et les tendances technologiques.
Ce que vous apportez
- Diplôme en informatique, en génie logiciel ou expérience équivalente.
- Minimum de 7 ans d'expérience avec Sitecore et le développement front-end, avec une solide compréhension des bonnes pratiques de programmation.
