Journeyman/woman Electrician

Whelptech Electrical Services is seeking a Journeyperson Electrician to join our team of premium electricians.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of electrical systems.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
• Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Collaborate with team members on various projects to ensure timely completion.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Document work performed accurately for project records.
• Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients.

Qualifications

• Valid Journeyperson Electrician certification.
• Proven experience as an electrician in various types of industries.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, blueprints, and schematics.
• Familiarity with motor controls is an asset.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37.00-$42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
