Job Summary:
This is a full-time on-site Production Engineering role located at our HQ in Hamilton. At Skygauge, you will optimize and create manufacturing processes, ensure product quality, and drive insights for new product development. You will be responsible for maintaining a six sigma program for process improvement, collaborating with the R&D team on quality, efficiency, and design improvements, and optimize our growing production team.

Required Skills:
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.

- 2+ years of testing and production experience.
- Experience working in small teams.
- Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma knowledge.
Preferred Skills:
- Aerospace or drone industry experience.
- Experience with robotics hardware principles, assembly, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Python.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and improve drone manufacturing processes.
- Ensure, monitor, and enhance product quality.
- Collaborate with R&D for product iterations.
- Document processes and work instructions.
- Develop new processes and train production team.
- Identify cost reduction and process improvement opportunities.
Other Requirements:
- Valid driver's license.
- Willing to work in-person with our team at the Skygauge HQ.
