Restaurant Brands International est à la recherche d'un(e) gérant(e) du rendement de la franchise pour joindre notre équipe basée à Montreal, Quebec. Relevant du responsable de la franchise régionale, le gérant du rendement de la franchise est un partenaire et un consultant clé pour nos restaurants. Le gérant du rendement de la franchise examine et analyse l'information opérationnelle, financière et commerciale du restaurant et travaille en collaboration avec les propriétaires et les gérants pour améliorer les résultats globaux dans ces domaines tout en s'assurant que les restaurants respectent les normes et les directives commerciales et opérationnelles. Le gérant du rendement de la franchise est le lien de communication principal entre TDL et les propriétaires et gérants de restaurant dans leur district.
Rôles et responsabilités :
- Agir à titre de conseiller d'affaires et d'accompagnateur des propriétaires et des gérants sur tous les aspects de leurs restaurants (résultats commerciaux et financiers, opérations efficaces, engagement des membres de l'équipe, satisfaction des clients et fidélité).
- Examiner tous les rapports et audits d'exploitation du restaurant, analyser l'information et déterminer les solutions appropriées en collaboration avec les propriétaires et les gérants.
- Examiner le rendement financier, commercial et opérationnel des restaurants, trouver des occasions d'améliorer le rendement et travailler en collaboration avec les propriétaires et les gérants pour développer des solutions pour améliorer le rendement.
- Effectuer régulièrement des examens financiers (état des résultats, bilan) avec les propriétaires et les gérants.
- Veiller à ce que toutes les nouvelles initiatives (p. ex., lancements de produits, initiatives technologiques, améliorations des processus, programmes de marketing et de promotion, ouvertures et rénovations) soient bien mises en œuvre afin de soutenir la croissance des ventes.
- Être un ambassadeur de la marque et des affaires Tim Hortons en tout temps.
Compétences et habiletés requises :
- Au moins 3 ans d'expérience opérationnelle en gestion des profits et des pertes, de préférence dans une entreprise de consommation ou de vente au détail à forte croissance.
- Diplôme universitaire en administration des affaires, en service complet ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Solide sens des affaires et des finances et capacités de développement des affaires.
- Capacité à établir et à construire des relations efficaces et de travailler en collaboration avec les autres (propriétaires, collègues) pour établir et réaliser les objectifs.
- Capacité d'analyser et d'interpréter l'information, de cerner les problèmes et leurs causes et de faire preuve de jugement dans la prise de décisions pour résoudre les problèmes.
- Capacité de communiquer clairement et efficacement sous différentes formes et avec différents publics.
- Être disposé à se déplacer dans la région et être flexible en matière d'horaire pour répondre aux besoins opérationnels, y compris les soirs et les fins de semaine.
- Permis de conduire valide et dossier de conduite conforme aux directives provinciales.

Our Opportunity: Hiring Quebec
Restaurant Brands International is looking for a Manager, Franchise Performance to join our team based in Montreal & surrounding areas. Reporting to the Area Franchise Lead, the Manager, Franchise Performance (MFP) is a key partner and consultant for our Restaurants. The MFP reviews and analyzes Restaurant operating, financial, and business information and works collaboratively with Owners and Managers to improve overall results in these areas while ensuring Restaurants meet business and operating standards and guidelines. The MFP is the primary communication link between TDL and the Restaurant Owners and Managers within his/her district.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Acts as a business consultant and coach to Owners and Managers on all aspects of their restaurants (business and financial results, effective operations, Team Member engagement, Guest satisfaction and loyalty)
Reviews all Restaurant Operating reports and audits, analyzes the information and determines appropriate solutions in collaboration with Owners and Managers
Reviews Restaurants' financial, business and operating performance, finds opportunities to improve performance, and works collaboratively with Owners and Managers to develop solutions to strengthen performance
Conducts regular financial (P&L, Balance Sheet) reviews with Owners and Managers
Ensures all new initiatives (e.g. product launches, technology initiatives, process improvements, marketing and promotional programs and openings and renovations) are well implemented in order to support sales growth
Is a Tim Hortons Brand/Business Ambassador at all time
Required Qualifications and Skills:
3+ years' operational experience with P&L responsibility, preferably multi-unit experience in a national, franchise, high growth consumer or retail-based business
University degree in business, hospitality or a related field
Strong business and financial acumen and business development capabilities
Ability to establish and build effective relationships and to work collaboratively with others (Owners, Colleagues) to set and achieve goals
Ability to analyze and interpret information, identify issues and their causes, and use good judgment in making decisions to resolve issues
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in different forms and with different audiences
Willingness to travel within the region and flexibility with schedule to accommodate operational needs which includes evenings and weekends.
Valid driver's license and driving record within provincial guidelines.
