Position Overview

We're seeking a Journeyperson Plumber to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a motivated, detail-oriented professional with strong technical expertise and a dedication to safety and customer satisfaction. You'll work on a variety of projects, from new builds to renovations, ensuring all plumbing systems are installed and maintained to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment in commercial, industrial, and residential settings.
  • Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout and installation procedures.
  • Test and inspect plumbing systems for leaks, functionality, and code compliance.
  • Collaborate with project managers, apprentices, and other trades to ensure timely and accurate completion of work.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to apprentices and junior team members.

Qualifications

  • Valid Journeyperson Plumber Certification (Red Seal preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, safety regulations, and best practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Gas ticket or backflow certification considered an asset.
